We offer a 7-day return policy with the following conditions:
✅ Eligible for Return or Refund:
Returns or refunds are accepted only if you provide proper proof of purchase, such as:
1. Invoice
2. Shipping label
If your product is defective (e.g. broken, stirrer not working), we will either exchange it or provide a full refund.
To process your claim, you must:
1. Share a clear unboxing video or
2. Send photos of the damaged or faulty product
This must be done within 1 day of delivery.
❌ Not Eligible:
1. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for items that are damaged after use or mishandled by the customer.
2. Any damages caused by improper use after delivery are not covered under our policy.
